1. Eligibility and accounts

• DailyDrops is a business-to-business service for restaurants, cafés, hotels, cloud kitchens, caterers, and similar businesses.
• You must provide accurate business and contact details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your OTP and password private.

2. Orders and scheduled orders

• An order is confirmed only after it is accepted by us and, where applicable, payment is successful.
• Scheduled orders repeat on the frequency and dates you choose until they end or you pause or cancel them.
• Product availability can change. If an item is unavailable, we may deliver a partial order and adjust the amount charged.

3. Pricing

Prices follow market rates and may change daily. The price shown at checkout applies to that order. For scheduled orders, the price on the delivery date applies unless agreed otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the slot you choose wherever possible. Delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or supply issues. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

• You can cancel an order in the app until it is dispatched, where the app allows it.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly through the app or support so we can arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to your wallet or original payment method.

6. Payments, wallet, and credit

• Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments and are subject to their terms.
• Wallet balance can be used only for DailyDrops purchases and is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
• Credit, where offered, is at our discretion. Outstanding amounts must be paid by the due date. We may suspend credit or ordering for overdue accounts.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no fraudulent orders, interfering with the app or its systems, scraping, or using another business's account without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

9. Suspension and account deletion

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account in the app once there are no pending orders, active schedules, or outstanding dues.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continuing to use DailyDrops after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, email hello@dailydrops.in.
